My love hate relationship with cockroaches has a long and sorted history. Especially on a boat. So far, we haven’t had any come aboard Cambria but I’m now ready for them should they try. After doing extensive research, I have come up with a concoction that is supposed to send them…well…to their deaths. It is a solution of boric acid, sugar and sweetened condensed milk. I have filled lids from various bottles and jars with it and placed them all around the boat. I dare those pesky critters to try to survive on our boat now. (Hopefully, I won’t be sending an update saying that it didn’t work!)
