Weighing In

I like weighing ingredients when I’m cooking or baking. It makes for less dishes to wash. I especially like using it when cooking or baking with butter. It is so hard to remove butter from a container when your water is either lukewarm or cold. However, on passage when the seas are bouncing the boat all around or we are in a bouncy anchorage, the scale has a hard time staying at the correct number. It can fluctuate from -33 grams to +33 grams! I guess I just need to do more dishes sometimes.
