During the week, in our previous working life, we would grab a bowl of cereal or a piece of toast for breakfast. Weekends were reserved for making nice breakfasts. Now it’s like a constant weekend (except when the seas are angry) and I feel I need to make a nice breakfast every day on the boat. I guess it’s because we don’t have to hurry out the door, but it is taxing on the brain to come up with different breakfasts. How I miss the cereal and toast of the past.
So, today, I’m pretending I’m in a hurry and will have toast and cereal…maybe just a little fruit with yogurt too…oh, and a cup of tea…and maybe an egg on the side…
I’m so loving reading all of your posts and sadly still living the ‘only time for a quick cup of tea’ before running out of the door life. Your post re. sea sickness, I felt for you, I’d never thought that might still happen.

Nice to hear from you. Still in Korea? I mostly get sick when it is really rough. And that time it was. Doing well with it most days, especially if I take medicine.
