As I write, we are a few hours away from departing Bora Bora and French Polynesia. We’ll have a busy day of getting the boat passage ready. In addition to things like stowing the dinghy on the fore-deck and running lines that have been put away, we also have to look around to see what might fall over when on a slant. At anchor, things are taken out of cupboards and left on counter tops. If we were to leave them there they would topple over for sure. (We already had to replace an iPad screen for this exact reason.)
Just a reminder that we won’t have regular internet access for the next several weeks. This means no blog updates and no social media.
We will update our PredictWind tracking page so if you wish to follow along on our journey, please check there. We’ll update it daily. Sorry but there’s no way to subscribe to the page.
Safe journey ahead! Enjoying your bolts as always! π
